We currently ship Australia wide. For an estimated delivery time from our warehouse to your location visit this link.

If you require international shipping please email shipping@lovefindings.com.au with your order details and we can quote shipping costs for you.

Orders placed before 3pm ACDT Monday – Thursday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm ACDT Monday – Thursday will be dispatched the next business day. Cut off for dispatch on Friday is 12pm ACDT. Orders placed after 12pm ACDT Friday – Sunday will be processed & dispatched the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

 

Returns

A returns form is available upon request, please email returns@lovefindings.com.au.  Returns by mail must be returned at the customers’ cost via registered post with insurance.

Please take note that Love Findings will not be held liable for items that are returned damaged. If items arrive damaged the return will be void.  Please make sure when returning items that the item is packaged with the same care as it was sent to you.

Love Findings will not be responsible for any parcel sent by the customer that is lost in transit and without a tracking number.
